We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Share your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.

We review and approve eligible returns within 24 hours.

Ship the item back to our Gulberg address (buyer covers return shipping).

Refund is processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout. Bank transfers may take 3–5 working days to reflect.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or physical impact.
  • Software products, OS keys, or digital licenses once delivered.
  • Custom-built or configured systems assembled to order.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Consumable items such as thermal paste, cleaning kits.

Eligible for Refund

  • Defective or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) products.
  • Item significantly different from description.
  • Wrong item shipped by us.
  • Item damaged during delivery (photo proof required).

Exchange Policy

Changed your mind or need a different spec? Exchange your purchase within 7 days — as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.

Item must be unused in original packaging with all accessories and box.

Exchange is for the same or a different product of equal or higher value.

Customer covers return shipping. We cover dispatch of the replacement.

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery date.
